Entire staff always pleasant and welcoming.
My experience at Jefferson Inn was utterly disappointing. The cleanliness was appalling. our mattress was old and disgusting, which made for an uncomfortable night. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was filthy and seemed neglected, greatly affecting our stay.

Is it really that good? my take
Easily accessible off the interstate, with kind owners who made us feel welcomed. The excellent breakfast selection and functional pet area truly stood out during my time.
We encountered a noisy stay near the freeway. the air conditioning was ineffective and the room lacked essential amenities, such as comfort and sufficient lighting.

The stay here offered some great moments. The breakfast spread really impressed me with its variety, including sausage burritos and croissants. The room was also clean and comfortable, with a microwave and refrigerator available. I appreciated the large breakfast spread, which was perfect for fueling my day. However, there were some downsides. The noise from the truck stop across the street was noticeable when the A/C was off. I also had to deal with a mildewed shower and some hair left behind, which was quite disappointing. Despite these issues, the staff were incredibly nice and made the atmosphere welcoming. Overall, the place is decent but has room for improvement.

Just a commendable fit for one night in Whitehall with good value considering price charged. The coffee bar was decent and kept me going. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as they were pretty basic.
